Pictou Shipyard
The Pictou Marine Facility is located approximately an hour and a half from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The facility is on the Northumberland Strait, conveniently located on major international shipping routes and the eastern seaboard. The shipyard is owned by Aecon Industrial Division and is a leader in large-scale projects including the the construction of Open-Hydro's Tidal Turbine Project.
